- Studio Letters: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Collectors and clients: the data needed to manage the purchase of a work, a commission or a project (for example, billing and shipping details).
- Technical data: the hosting provider may log data such as your IP address in order to serve the website and keep it secure.

- To answer your enquiries. Basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- To send you Studio Letters: new work, process and available pieces. Basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To manage the purchase of works, commissions and collaborations. Basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations such as tax obligations (Art. 6.1.c).
- To keep the site secure. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
No automated decisions are made and no profiles are created.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain the relationship. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Data linked to purchases or commissions is kept for the periods required by law.

Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. Web hosting, email and, where applicable, newsletter providers may access it as data processors. If any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be made with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
